非平稳条件下基于贝叶斯网络的内涝风险评估和管理方法

受非平稳条件因素(如气候变化、城市化)的影响,近几年内涝灾害频发。以Z市某地块为研究区域,借助地理信息系统(ArcGIS)和暴雨雨洪管理模型(SWMM)实现研究区排水管网的水动力模拟。在不同降雨情境下,比较分析现状系统及不同改造方案下的系统溢流量等信息,计算内涝风险指数。采用贝叶斯网络分析工具(Bayes Server)对引发内涝风险的主要因素进行推理、识别和分析,进而构建内涝风险评估模型。该模型便于决策者根据设计需求,结合各因素的不确定性范围和发生概率值,综合选取最适合的改造措施,优化市政排水防涝规划,为市政基础设施建设提供了依据。     

可参数化网络零件库的研制与开发

建立了基于C/S结构的网络环境下的可参数化三维零件库系统,建立了标准件和非标准件库.本文以"联轴器、键、轴"的装配体为例,对部件参数化技术进行介绍,并对在Internet环境下零件库的建立进行研究.该零件库具有可扩充性,可涵盖机械领域中所有标准零件以及企业内部经常使用或加工的非标准件,是一种较实用的企业应用软件.     

基于WEB数据库的煤矿机电信息管理平台的设计与实现

用ASP网站设计、SQLserver2 0 0 0数据库软件和VisualBasic可视化软件 ,采用ADO技术开发了机电信息管理平台。以煤矿机电设备信息和输配电数据信息为基底 ,集成设备管理人员信息和使用情况为属性数据构建数据库。集信息存储、打印、更新、管理、查询、分析 ,Internet网上传输功能 ,实现网上的资源共享和网络办公     

煤矿机电设备管理信息系统设计研究

采用VB．NET作为前端的开发工具，采用SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库，开发了一个面向具体应用的管理信息系统，来完成对煤矿企业机电设备信息的整理、维护和保存。给出了该煤矿机电设备管理信息系统的模块功能、数据库、字段功能、后台数据库结构、窗体设计思路。     

基于物联网的温室大棚智能监控系统研究

针对温室大棚应用过程中存在劳动力需求大、作物生长环境参数采集不精准的问题,设计了基于物联网的温室大棚智能监控系统,以实现减少劳动力、作物生长环境参数的精准采集、灌溉设备的远程控制等。传感器节点实时采集各路的数据传输到网关,并通过GPRS模块传输到服务器,利用GPRS无线通信和Internet网络实现人机通信交互,完成对现场农作物生长环境的监测;同时,服务器根据土壤的实际湿度与农业知识专家库对比进行控制决策,并通过网关向灌溉装置发送灌溉指令,实现灌溉的远程控制。该系统在新疆塔城地区应用实验表明:系统运行稳定,具有较好的鲁棒性,能够达到预期设计的目标。     

基于B/S与C/S协同服务的高校资产与实验室综合管理平台的设计实现

深入研究如何通过B/S、C/S协同服务技术设计并实现一个可供高校资产管理部门对资产以及实验室进行综合管理的平台。结合使用WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation)、SliverLight、WCF(Windows Communication Foundation)服务等技术进行系统的协同架构设计。通过多种技术的结合,实现一个屏蔽各种技术之间差异、可为高校日常的资产管理提供快速便捷服务的综合业务办公平台,解决当前高校资产管理混乱、效率低下的现状,使高校固定资产管理水平再上新台阶,迈向科技化、信息化新阶段。

Heuristics based server consolidation with residual resource defragmentation in cloud data centers

Server Consolidation is one of the foremost concerns associated with the effective management of a Cloud Data Center as it has the potential to accomplish significant reduction in the overall cost and energy consumption. Most of the existing works on Server Consolidation have focused only on reducing the number of active physical servers (PMs) using Virtual Machine (VM) Live Migration. But, along with reducing the number of active PMs, if a consolidation approach reduces residual resource fragmentation, the residual resources can be efficiently used for new VM allocations, or VM reallocations, and some future migrations can also be reduced. None of the existing works have explicitly focused on reducing residual resource fragmentation along with reducing the number of active PMs to the best of our knowledge. We propose RFAware Server Consolidation, a heuristics based server consolidation approach which performs residual resource defragmentation along with reducing the number of active PMs in cloud data centers.     

The Cut and the Continuum: Sophie Ristelhueber’s Anatomical Atlas

From her early photographs of the ruinous aftermath of the Lebanon War in Beirut (1982) to her more recent images of bomb craters in Eleven Blowups (2006), the French artist Sophie Ristelhueber has been intent to maintain, in her own metaphor, ‘the analytical distance of an anatomy lesson’. Exhibiting the evidence of warfare but withholding their explanation, Ristelhueber’s provocative gesture of making art of war, removing human conflicts from their political contexts to render them as still-lifes, ready-mades, earthworks, or surrealist poems, is patently anti-journalistic. In keeping with the artist’s surgical analogy, this article explores Ristelhueber’s aesthetic mode of address as one that shares its fundamental operation with that of photography – namely, to make a cut. Retracing the morphology of recurring imprints and injuries that appear across the terrestrial and corporeal expanses traversed in her work, the article considers the ways in which these cuts pertain to the transformative power of violence and images alike.
